I believe that work should be fun. When we understand our own drives, motivations, and strengths, then we can examine the impact they have on others. We can make conscious decisions to dial them up or down, based on the situation. We then focus on understanding the drives, motivations, and strengths of those around us, and we feed those. People feel fulfilled when their drives, motivations, and strengths are being fed. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to leadership success. I use coaching and facilitation to help develop individuals and organizations, fostering change at all levels of leadership. I bring 27+ years with IKEA holding Executive roles in Finance, Operations, and Leadership\Competence Development, with cultural experience working in the US, The Netherlands and Sweden. When it comes to business development, I focus on growing the business and people together. I am equally comfortable coaching in the C-suite as I am with an entry level leader.
